A credit card is required upon booking.

All parties are subject to a 20% gratuity.

Parties of 6 or more are required to pay a 50% deposit upon booking.

Cancellation with LESS THAN a 10 DAYS NOTICE are responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of the reservation.

Due to the nature of our catering business, a cancellation fee of $50 per person is charged when a reservation is cancelled less than 5 days before your visit. We understand that “life happens” so we’ve put forth a policy that is fair for everyone. Here are some choices.

RESCHEDULING: If you reschedule your reservation for a later date, we will NOT charge the cancellation fee ($50 pp) and will mark the reservation as “postponed reservation” This will mean that if you cancel the “postponed reservation”, there will be a charge of the original fee, $50 pp.

PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE: This works best if you CANNOT commit at the moment to a future date. However, if you do decide to dine at a later date, Delightful Bakery will be happy to honor the $50 pp fee (taken at time of cancellation) for your NEW reservation. You will need an email as proof of charge from the tea room.

CANCELLATION OF 3 or more POSTPONED RESERVATIONS: due to the nature of our “made to order” business in which the tea room has prepared and purchased foods for you and your guests, more than 3 cancellations will automatically result in a $50 per person fee.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation when the “in House” number of guests is not met.
